  • Danone: instrumental in designing & implementing the 5 Star Store initiative, designed specifically to rebuild margin for Danone & her customers in the yogurt category.
  • Coty Benelux: design & implementation of the new sales organization for the pharmacy channel, focussed on sell out. KPIs, sales process, operational standards, sales academy, coach the coach.
  • Laureate Universities Europe: regional development & local implementation of a sales operation in 7 countries, from contact centres through to direct prospecting. Design of sales process, KPIs, workloads, job descriptions & profile, sales objectives & incentives and training programes for management & sales execs.
